4. Image Processing and Third-Party Services

4.1 AI Processing

Uploaded images and generated outputs are processed using third-party AI image generation services solely to provide the requested edits.

We do not authorize these providers to use your content for their own advertising, model training, or other purposes beyond providing the requested service to you.

4.2 Infrastructure and Payments

We use trusted third-party providers, including:

• Firebase (hosting, authentication, databases, storage)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• PostHog (product analytics)

These providers act as data processors and are contractually restricted from using your data for unrelated purposes.

We do not share your uploaded images or generated outputs with payment processors or analytics providers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You control how long your uploaded images and generated outputs are stored:

• Retention options range from as little as 1 hour to up to 2 years
• You may manually delete content at any time
• All content is automatically deleted when the selected retention period expires

Account data (such as email, transaction records, and credit history) is retained only as long as necessary for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and operational purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain login sessions
• Provide core functionality
• Enhance security
• Prevent fraud and abuse

You may adjust browser settings to block cookies, but some features may not function properly.

6.1 Product Analytics

We use PostHog (cloud) to collect product analytics and better understand how users interact with the Service. This helps us improve your experience and identify areas for enhancement.

• Creating and editing jobs
• Edit type selection
• Expiry time selection
• Reporting edits
• Credit purchases
• Promo code entry and application

We do not use session recording or capture screenshots of your activity. We may use analytics data in connection with feature flagging and A/B testing to evaluate product changes and improve the Service.

For users located in the European Union (EU) or United Kingdom (UK), analytics collection requires your explicit opt-in consent. Analytics will not run until you accept the consent banner.
